Please refresh my memory, who had the spread sheet and put on the pick em (by seeding) contest last ncaa season?

Not sure if you are referring to somebody on this site, however I know flowrestling has done a pickem contest for the past few years now.

My #10 seed did reeeeeeeally well for me last year. :cool:



I liked that format because ya gotta pick some upsets to win.

Plus I'm gonna be in Champaign, Ill this upcoming weekend and thinking this would be fun also for B10's.

Do you have a particular excel formula or how did ya score it?

If willing to share the info, much appreciated.

Yes that was me, and I must say I cheated a little for NCAA's because penn state has a site where you can just see the amount of team points an individual scores throughout the tournament. Perhaps they have a similar page for big tens? but if not its just the basic championship advance and placement points formula.

ps: I am going, and yes, I will have a shirt an probably a hat, but I'm sure others will as well. That was a bit of a joke. But do know, I will be sitting in the Ohio State fan section!!! Woo-hoo!!! (Most likely a Cruiser Wrestling shirt. Perhaps a "Be Better" camp tee.)

#3 Seed- Mark Ballweg 141
#4 Seed- Nick Heflin 174
#5 Seed- Ethen Lofthouse 184
#6 Seed- Adam Chalfant 285
#7 Seed- Chris Dardanes 133
#8 Seed- Max Huntley 197
#9 seed or A- Mark Martin 165
#10 seed or A- Nick Travanello 285


Pick a #1 through #8 seed at each weight class. Pick a #9 or #10 (or Alternates) at any weight class for the final two picks.

As for scoring- Each placement is points. No place is 10 points. Lowest score wins.

How does that sound? Have an easier scoring system?

I apologize for the confusion. Thread title and my first post is asking about the NCAA pick em contest from last year and who put it on.
Post #4 I mentioned planning on going to the B10 championships this upcoming weekend and doing a pick em for it.

How DT is a #1 in my picks.
