There are open mats every Sunday at the Salvation Army Chapel 760 Worthington Woods Blvd Columbus Ohio 43085. This is where kids can come and improve and learn new techniques. All kids and skill levels are welcome to come. You get some of the best instruction and training.

Time please....Do you have a good turn out of heavies? My heavy is 235-245 and needs some guys to practice with....

The practices are from 2:30 to 4:30 every sunday
