There is a full on shitstorm going to hit Miami. Philbin (Head Coach), apparently pulled a "Joe Paterno." Martin complained about this hazing/bullying back in April and Philbin turned the other cheek. I can see not only Incognito, but also Philbin, losing their jobs and a big old lawsuit (hostile work environment) coming the Fins way.

The lawsuit is definitely coming. Martin will never have to play football again and he'll be richer than anyone who ever did play.
