Groveport runs a good drill on Sundays...not really a pure open mat though.

We do and will run one last Sunday drill session on Sunday, February 10th, 2013. It will run from 1:30 to 3pm. It's pretty regimented so if you are hoping to come in, mess around, live wrestle a bit and then bounce, don't come.

However, if you are looking to hone your skills as you move into the last week before the state tournament process, come on out. But show up, bring a high level of focus, and be prepared to work. Period. You won't stop for 90 minutes.

Bring a water bottle.
