I was very impressed with Jake Ryan and Ryan Harris at Saturdays tournament. Both are very tough. I will say Harris is huge. I spoke to both kids and each will go down a weight as the season continues. Jake Ryan is so smooth while Harris has become a mat wrestler. I spoke to harris' assistant coach and said he weighs close to 175. He is big. I work for a Columbus paper and will write a story in Jan. 2013 about this tournament.

Please make it about wrestling.

Also, since we have you here, Pickerington North has a tournament on Saturday (12/15). Some of the top teams from the area will be there.

Brecksville and Medina will both have top-notch Central District wrestlers attending said tournaments. 12/28 and 29 for both, I do believe.

Leagues start up in January - MSL, City, MOAC, OCC, etc.

State duals (and its new format) start this year. January 23rd to be exact. Follow the rankings which will start next Monday (on this very site!!!) and be ready to follow the action.

Glad you're here Olylib!!! Maybe a little practice on some Central Ohio wrestling tournaments before Jan.13 in your Columbus paper??? If they won't print it, post it here. No matter what happens, you will get a lot of discussion on your article:thumbup:.

Nope..... Dip'N'Dot SALE in other gym. Actually was trying to get to the semi-final between Heil and Jordan. Sat right by those Flo folks at the scorers table. Couldn't figure out why Coach Jordan kept staring at me most of the match..........until I noticed the timer and score tower was right above me:rolleyes:.
