They are saying a 4.3 in Whitesburg Kentucky (closer to Virginia and Tennessee than Ohio)....was around noon and sitting here in the 4th floor of a hospital you could feel it pretty good even though it's 180 miles away.

Huntington WV news had reports of shaking all the way up to Ontario Canada.

Here are the areas that felt it the most.



The bedrock of the region is why it traveled so far for a smaller earthquake.

They just put out the "clearance" halloween candy at the Wal-Mart in Hazard - what you felt was the resulting stampede.
