Colorado got completely screwed. there was a clear freeze frame with .1 left and the ball out of his hands

I didn't see that. Looked like fingertips at 0.1. The first frame with the ball clearly out the clock was at 0.0.

There was a shot from behind him that clearly showed ball out of his hand with .1 on the clock

The only problem with that picture is the red around the backboard. I saw it live and thought it was good though. I don't know why they kept showing the behind the player relay unless that is the only view the refs had.

They go by the clock and then the lights.

The clock on the backboard or the tv? On top of the backboard it was 0.0 before the one on TV.

ESPN clock was behind the basket clock.

Great view at the :59-1:00 mark. It isn't clearly off the fingertips until the clock is all 0s.

There is another picture that shows the clock above the back board at triple 0's and the ball just barely out of his hand also.

Whether the shot was in time or not, the McKale Center is the absolute worst place any team could play in America. The home court "advantage" in Tucson is beyond anything you'll find anywhere else, including Cameron. During the days when Lute was still roaming the sidelines, especially in the '80s and '90s, you go to Tucson, you gonna lose.

Nice to see things haven't changed.

It doesn't matter if it's out of his hands at triple 0, though. It needs to be out before then. I don't think the call should have been reversed either way. You just can't tell from the video.

Good pictures, wildcats. Point proven. As a Duke fan, I can admit that Duke is gets more than its fair share of calls in Cameron. But the officiating at Arizona is notorious for jobbing visitors.

So you just want to ignore the picture of it at 00.1 with the ball OUT OF HIS HANDS??

ESPN doesnt have their own clock. They are typically getting a hard line to their timer which is synced exactly, have a camera shooting the scoreboard and cropped (as in the pictures above), or they are tying in directly to the scoreboard feed which gives them the time exactly.

I was going to say something similar, but wasn't sure if it was still true. I knew they used to use a still shot of the scoreboard clock.

Are you talking about the one with the motion blur where you can't tell anything?

There's nothing clear about that picture at all. You can't see his fingers, but you can see his fingertips huh? We're gonna have to agree to disagree.

Lol that is not clear wildcats. I honestly think it was an exact match (0.00 on the clock and ball released). Insane

There's no way there's enough there to overturn the orginal call that it was good.
