[h=3]Ohio Capitals Wrestling Club is Back![/h] The Ohio Capitals Wrestling Club is gearing up to begin training for the 2012-2013 season. Sessions begin on Monday, October 8th and will be hosted in the Hilliard Darby Wrestling Room every Monday through the month of March. The sessions begin at 6:45pm and finish at 8:15pm.
The kicker is: they are free this pre-season! That is right, club fees do not begin until the OHSAA wrestling season begins! Get the extra workout with the best around... Lets take Central Ohio wrestling to new heights! See you on Mondays!

I LOVE this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to see if I can't get up within the next few weeks and take some still shots... Just in case, oh, I don't know, maybe I decide to throw something together for the season. Just sayin.

Be on the look out, and I'll let my Tuesday night group know as well. (Yes, I do realize that I'll be a day late, but addin that I'm probably a dollar short and its the story of my life!) but remember... Better late than never. :p

The notice was late, but we had a nice mix of kids working hard and having fun yesterday. There were a few state qualifiers, district placers, district qualifiers, and some other varsity/JV/MS kids that have gotten mat time this summer and it shows. It was a pretty competitive atmosphere. One thing that we were short on was Heavyweights... We only had one, so I would encourage upper weights to come out and get some personal attention. Lets get the best possible partners together.

Good first night... Better than expected due to the late notice; this will grow!

Awesome! My goal is to be there on either the 15th or 22nd. ...or BOTH!!!!!!! (I doubt that.)

Great group tonight around 20.
Saw kids from Watkins, Marysville Dublin Whetstone and of course the Darby kids.
We had some MS HAMMERS tonight too!

We had a special guest tonight from the "Inside The Circle"
Coach Mark "The Cruiser" Nieman.
Thanks for spreading the wrestling love Cruiser!

Should be a couple District wrestlers from T. Worthington there tonight.

Edit - Coming from Football so hopefully they can get there in reasonable time.

I went through the door that faces the middle school.

Walk straight in, past the outdoor courtyard on the right, and then up the stairs.

Actually the door with the flagpoles is the best(facing Leppert Rd).
It is the door that is mostly open where the other one is usually locked.

Come get an extra workout with some top level wrestlers!
Darby had 7 wrestlers represented at the Central District All Star Preview last week.
You can bet that they will all be there working on getting better.

Tonight was another good room....I'm really surprised that more wrestlers don't attend, not many open mats in the central district.

Yes, we have had SQ, DQs and even SPs come at different times.
