| Orange Wrestling Camp 7/16-7/18 $60 5:30-8:30 PM This camp's primary focus is to analyze your drill techniques and improve the style in which a wrestler practices these techniques. A skill will be taught and broken down into the variety of ways to drill it. Many high school wrestlers..including many successful ones...do not know how to practice a technique effectively, at a consistent and challenging work-rate. Our goal is to improve this skill through technology-assisted practice. -Each wrestler will receive a finished DVD with all the techniques taught, as well as clips of THEIR OWN DRILLING. They will be encouraged to share their drill breakdowns with their own school coach for more analysis. -In camp video analysis of collegiate drilling. -Hard copy of a sample "training log" -What does it take to be an "expert" with a technique? -Technique taught by Rex Holman - NCAA Champion, 2x State Champ Steve Pennington - Head Coach Whitehall Scott Nicola - Head Coach West Brian Nicola - Head Coach Olentangy Orange Jamey Kasser - Asst.
