Some of the comments on here totally disregard how we played last year. We could have had a lot more wins with a competent offense. Add a stud RB and a stronger armed QB, and doesn't our offense become more competent? That's a bad thing how??
If they somehow are 7-9, I don't see how anyone would be upset with that. I doubt it happens though.

What will be awesome, is if McCoy somehow stays on this team, he beats out weeden, and leads the team to the playoffs and I get my steak dinner from BR. Talk about sweet, sweet redemption

LOL...unless Weeden plays like Corky from "Life Goes On" there will be no "beating out" or competition. I still think they will try to move him in a trade. Keeping him on this roster is a worst case scenario but with how dysfunctional the Browns are, it wouldn't surprise me.

Oh...it's because he's a popular "name." The "next big thing" but just like Weeden, RG3 or Luck nobody knows whether Barkley can play a lick in cold/snowy/windy weather but we GOTTA have him!!! He'll take us to the promised land in NO time.

QB's are a crapshoot. If Weeden sucks ass and looks like Ryan Leaf they are likely picking top 5 next year, AGAIN, and will probably have to consider another QB. But if they go 7-9, against this schedule, it's pretty safe to say he probably didn't suck ass.

Robinson was a 3rd round pick of the Falcons' in 2007.
