I'd be surprised if anyone wore them after the threats but you never know....

Agreed, pathetic.

I like this thunder, but all this convo, and BR's link is making me second guess whether I want them to win a title or not.

As far as OKC/SAS goes, I think that's going to be the best series in the NBA in a long time.

I do think having Perk is HUGE for OKC. You saw what he did with the Lakers' bigs. San Antonio will take away a lot of the running you saw with OKC, although if they keep playing defense the way they have, they're going to still get out quite a bit.

I know Westbrook had a good series against the Lakers, but I think the Spurs will live and die with letting him shoot his jumper.

That is why you get rid of Bynum and possibly MWP since he will be in his last yr of his contract next season.

Agreed. Can't wait for OKC/Spurs. I think OKC is a better team, but the Spurs are just playing out of their mind for the past couple of months.

i think buss wants to keep bynum but the problem is that he might be the only guy that has value..Gasol stock is waay down right now...metta being in the last year of his deal might make him attractive to some...i felt like hm and kobe were the only two who were really playing hard

Gasol played hard last night for him. 14 pts and 16 rebs is pretty good and he took the ball to the hoop a few times. But it shouldn't take Kobe calling him out to perform that way, he should do it on his own. Bynum was a big stiff last night unbelievable he was out played by Collison ( a sub) badly. He basically had one big game in the Playoffs this year, Game 1 against the Nuggets. Time to move on from the Bynum experiment.

Spurs are probably the better team. Not only have they won 18 straight but Parker has been a beast and this team doesn't have an apparent weakness. Durant & Westbrook will have to be big

I'd agree with this. Bynum was a bitch in the series. He has talent, but due to early-career injuries and this year's weak postseason play, he's looking more like an enigma than a legit star-caliber player. And Gasol is a pretty frustrating guy. He's an excellent player, but how the hell can a pro athlete NEED to be called out in the playoffs for him to start deciding to play hard?

The shit that pisses me off about Bynum is that he was healthy for the first time in his career this year. Dude has all the talent in the world, but just refuses to match his weak ass mind to it.

Coach Pop will have a game plan for Durant and Westbrook, you can pretty much count on that. If OKC is going to win this series they will have to on the defensive end. SA has the best passing and ball movement in the league, they run their sets to damn near perfection.

As long as OKC and San Antonio don't beat each other up so much that Miami wins in the Finals, I'll be happy.

You still think the Pacers will win the series, or do you think the Celtics beat them?

I think the Pacers CAN beat them, but they can also win that series now that Wade seems ok. They literally are NOTHING outside of Wade and Bron. And you can't win in the Playoffs with 2 guys.

If they win, Boston will beat them IMO, ESPECIALLY if Bosh is out again. Which it seems like he will be for the rest of the playoffs.
