I read this on a twitter and was upset also. My guess is that guy is filing a lawsuit against MTV. Unless they have his permission, his face should have been blurred out. So my guess is he contacted a lawyer once he saw the previews.

I highly doubt it. It may be the rumor but it looks like he is holding a beer in his left hand to me and she has a line of glasses in front of her.

I might be confused, but I thought the guy that punched her was a housemate? if it was, why would they blur his face?

Honestly, I hate reality shows. This one is absolutely funny! They think they are all the greatest human beings on earth and the way they act is comical. They are all huge tools.
