Vincent Jackson is indeed headed to Tampa. Not "official" official but the Chargers beat writer just tweeted that he and Tampa have "agreed to get married"

BTW, here is the definition of hare http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/hare. I figured you would get confused and think it is that stuff on top of your head. Although, you probably don't have any hair on top of your head anymore.
