I would think it depends on what weight class you are talking about, but on the surface, just looking at the teams at both, I think you may be correct.

Looking at the teams, yeah. Madison has Elgin (one-man team) and Africentric (from them being at Cardington, the norm seems to be 5-7 kids, who all go 0-2) which will take them down. But Cardington has Delaware Christian and I didn't even know they had a program of any kind.
