They were definately a different team on field turf!! I watched them play twice on grass (Smithville/Hillsdale) and then against Orrville and the state title.....

If this is true, congrats bobcats.....I'm jealous ;) :D

I just hope if they get the cash for the field...they upgrade the visitors stands....otherwise im sitting on the home side....

P.S. Im about to create a Beast Bell.....AHAHA...Norwayne will accept me in their stands, the accepted the Falcon/Beast Bell...they may noyt like my timing of ringing it though! ;)

WOW!!! You really think Norwayne will be that bad next year? Obviously if Im ringing it at YOUR game...it wouldnt be against my Bears as you play at OUR HOUSE next year!

I got some confirmation today that the Bobcats will be playing on turf as well as getting new away bleachers next season.

The turf was on the way....The visitors stands are a direct result as a request...err DEMAND from Beast...all you WCAL fans can thanks me later:cool:

Google the name Dwight Schar...look at his Wikipedia page for some of the philanthropic contributions he's made over the years to Norwayne and Ashland U.

forward with field turf. The WCAL is making strides...well, Norwayne is..:cry:

Read an article not to long ago about a couple of turf companies that now offer financing terms that make artifical turf cheaper per year than maintaining grass. You'll see more and more schools getting the stuff. I also bet Orrville is next!
