We have 4 Small Group Training groups:
Youth (grades 2-6)
Junior High (7th-8th graders)
High School Lightweights (106-126 lbers)
High School Upper-Middleweights.
Lightweights and Junior High start on Sunday (Dec 4), the Youth and upper weights start on Monday (Dec 5).
We only take between 10-15 athletes per group. Athletes are expected to attend every session, and be prepared to work hard. We are still accepting dedicated, mature, hard-working athletes for our groups.
