Ok, so I am down 20 in my big money league and a win is pretty vital. Playing the #1 seed, who is 7-3 and I am 6-4. 4 teams make the playoffs (2 division winners, next 2 any division), and we have 5 teams at 6-4 (4 in my division) so I need the win.

I have Pats defense and Dwayne Bowe in the line-up currently in a PPR league. I know the Pats secondary sucks, and I know PPR I should go with the #1 WR. But I have Jackie Battle on my bench, and I dont want Palko to go 11/25 with 143 yards and 0 TDs, with Bowe only getting 3 catches for 32 yards and I see that as possible. Not sure Battle is the best answer, but he should get 20 touches and some of them likely could be dump-offs. What do I do?

Chances are the Chiefs are going to be playing from behind and Jackie Battle will be a non factor.

I started Frank Gore and Kendal Hunter over Jackie this week...like Foster was on a bye and I have Battle but chose to start Hunter over Battle while already starting Gore.

Thought by the title this was a darby thread. I am disappoint.

As for the subject matter, go with Bowe. I agree with the sentiments that the Chiefs will be playing from behind and Battle will be a non-factor.

What will make you more upset?

Scenario A- Start Bowe and he has the 3 for 32 games and Battle has a decent game and scores 11 points.
Scenario B- Start Battle and he has a decent game but Bowe goes 8 for 127 and 2 TDs?

I can live with a decision where I start Bowe and he has another off game and Battle outscores him. The odds of Battle going off are pretty slim, especially with the amount of touches they have been getting McCluster.

I can't live with myself if I sit Bowe and he has one of his huge Dwayne Bowe games.

it just seems like a toss up. On the one hand you have palko throwing the ball to bowe. on the other hand, i dont see the cheifs being ahead at any point in this game so they will be throwing the ball. Battle just isn't good in my opnion. Mise well go with your top gun in bowe and hope for the best.

I think Im just going to hope for a Pats defensive TD lol. That should be enough.

Pats D got me 19 pts. Thats all I needed essentially. Bowe got 15 and Battle got 4. Enough either way. Big win.
