I like it.

It's at least better than the Iowa/Iowa state trophy that the had to discontinue before it was even used.

That football on top is removeable btw, so it will be passed around in the postgame presentation.

Good looking trophy.

Can someone tell me why the new promo stuff for the Big Ten is, "B1G?" I don't see its relevance. A little clarity please...

The G is suppose to look like a zero. Just some Big Ten intelligence. Kinda like their division names.

Why not just have a one team division called "Champions," which of course would only include Ohio State. The other division could be called "Losers," or "Second Place."

I think when the inevitable SEC/B1G merger occurs we will change the Big Ten to champions and the SEC to second place, considering the B1G has more titles, more bowl wins, 4 of the top 7 all time winning programs, and a overwhelming head to head advantage against the SEC.

Looks like the B1G committee finally got something right. That is a pretty damn nice trophy. Also, it's certainly better than the Iowa/IowaSt. trophy (not that that was going to be difficult to best).

I think that the division names would be Conference Champion (Ohio State) and Occasional Co-Champs (everyone else). :D

Yes, identifying the correct oblong object is a start. Learning to count would be a great next step.

On a side note, are we supposed to identify the conference now as the "big" or the "bee one gee (not pronounced like some corny university president)"?

Also, I think they designed that logo so that they can just extend the line in the "G" when they become the B16.

Love the trophy!

Question though. Is the entire thing the trophy or just the football? Also, is the crystal football the trophy for the Nat'l Title or the entire thing?

I think their just getting the champ some practice for hoisting the crystal trophy a month later.
