A little Bias on my part but Waldrop 170/182 and Jones 195/220 from Newark should make an impact this year....

theviking... Mark this down: Groveport Madison, 14 District Champs, 13 State placers. Not sure if our 120 pounder can make the cut from 150 AND hold it all year. He's fat right now, most likely more natural weight of 139, so we're really talking about 20 pounds, but that is before we even get into heavy training routines, so there are another 10 pounds. So realistically, we're talking 10 pounds... we'll see if it happens.

All this, plus we have to get through our schedule. We missed out on a few duals this year, but I'm sure we'll be able to get them eventually. Apple Valley is on. Blair and Western Seminary are in for the tri. If Eds and Graham weren't so scared, we'd have beat them too! Yeah, we're that good.

But, as to your question, you missed one of the McDougle's. That's one name I noticed. As I get into the school day routine, I'll have more time to consider the names.

Does Canal have a upper weight that is a senior this year???

Also, Canal to join the OCC in 2013. Not sure you heard.

theviking HAD it at 171.

Here is what I know... TheMightyWaldrop will do fine no matter the weight. And as I've learned, giving yourself the option to move up or down is an excellent plan. One thing to remember... movement in weight classes is only one part of the equation... Hard work on technique is the larger portion! But then again, I know that you know that. Hence us meeting up at Westerville Central at some point. And I for one can't wait!!! :D

For Orange, Selbe at at 182 (down from 215) and Dawson at 145 (up from 135). A few other guys to note, but district alternate Kang put on a lot of size and will be in 250 range at HWT (weighed about 215 last year). Borton (a ninth grader) at 106 or 113 is very solid.

All depends on the Alpha. But remember... Only 2% of his weight per week. So if he's 200lbs., he'll only be able to drop 4lbs. As he drops, the per week will get less and less. Just saying.

Much better list at the upper weights Ozzie 8383. I don't know the lower and mid-weights as well, but this is a pretty good listing from 195 up. Of course there may still be some movement from 220 down to 195 (even in the top 5). Just have to wait and see how it shakes out.
