I don't know what's worse, the fat girl with the small CA shield, the fat guy trying to be the hulk, or the fat guy in the back with the bow trying to be hawkeye.

I don't know, the Thor guy looks pretty dorky too.

Lol, the picture is pretty comical, but what did you expect comic book fans to look like?

Laley23;1162661 wrote:Saw Avengers at midnight. It was awesome. And I never saw The Hulk or Captain America. Seeing the "other movies" would certainly help, but it is not needed.

But the movie was great. Robert Downy Jr. was amazing as usual.
Did you see it in 3D?

Guy at work saw it and said that 3D was the way to go

Unless it's 3D in the way that Avatar was I'm not interested in seeing it in 3D. I've paid extra to watch too many movies in 3D only to be disappointed.

I've heard that quite a bit of The Avengers was shot in 3D.. Same with Dark Knight Rises... DKR also has about an hour of dedicated IMAX footage.

I agree, I saw Avatar in IMAX 3D originally and to this day it was the only movie worth seeing in 3D in the theatre.

I have heard that Avengers is pretty good in 3D, but do not know for sure.

Yeah, more and more movies are shot this way to shove 3d down our throat. Piranha 3dd is another one

The Avengers was excellent! Probably the best comic book movie to date -- I don't count the new Batman series as true "comic book" movies, but they are quality movies based off a comic book character.

I saw it in 3D. The best 3D movie I have seen too. Much better than the previous movie I saw in 3D -- I think it was The Green Hornet. This is definitely a movie I'll be buying.

Saw it last night in 2D. I thought it was a pretty good movie. We had 2nd row seats so sometimes the screen seemed blurry to me in heavy action scenes and also the guy next to me kept falling asleep and snoring. But overall I thought it was good.

Just saw it today in 3D. Movie was fucking amazing. IMO, it was a better movie than The Dark Knight. To me, the Dark Knight was great, but Joker (Heath Ledger) really made it amazing.

The Avengers had everything. Great cast, action, comedy, emotion... Fantastic movie.

A+

Agreed. The movie was really well done, dont think there is a single thing that I would change about it. I'll be seeing it again

Saw it last night and it's very good. Got suckered into seeing it in 3D. It added nothing to the movie other than an extra 6 bucks. Save yourself and see it in 2D.

Robert Downey Jr was flawless. He definitely stole the stow [acting wise].

LOVED the Incredible Hulk smashing Loki repeatedly. That scene was hilarious.

[SP] Gotta love seeing Thanos at the end. Can't wait for Avengers 2. Wonder if Iron Man will be in it; I can only pray as RDJ is so freakin good on screen. [/SP]

There's a 2nd end scene at the VERY end of the movie. Not really worth staying for, however, unless you are a diehard comic book fan.
