Westerville Central High School Wrestling Boosters are presenting a series of clinics with outstanding clinicians to promote and improve wrestling in Central Ohio. The dates, times and clinicians are as follows:

9/10/11: 9-11 a.m. and 12-2 p.m. These are two separate sessions that will cover different technique in each. The cost will be $40 for both sessions or $25 for one. The clinicians will be Ross Thatcher and Jim Edwards for both sessions. Lunch will not be provided between sessions so be prepared to either pack a lunch or go out between sessions.

10/1/11: 9-11 a.m. The cost for this session will be $25. The clinician will be one of the following Ohio Olympic Regional Training Center Wrestlers: Tommy Rowlands, Reece Humphrey, Shawn Bunch, JD Bergman, James Yonushonis or Tervel Dlagnev.

10/8/11: 9-11 a.m. The cost for this session will be $25. The clinician will be one of the following Ohio Olympic Regional Training Center Wrestlers: Tommy Rowlands, Reece Humphrey, Shawn Bunch, JD Bergman, James Yonushonis or Tervel Dlagnev.

If you wish to attend all session of the clinic series, the cost would be $140, payable at the first clinic on 9/10/11. All ages are welcome, however wrestlers younger than high school should bring a drill partner to insure they have someone their size to workout with.

Pre-registration forms are available by contacting Amy Brown @ [email protected] or walk-ins are welcome provided a parent is there to sign the waiver form.

Can I take this clinic on-line?

Hahaha Ummm, no I don't think we're going to be linking it to Flowrestling or YouTube. Should be some great clinics, though.

This is an AMAZING opportunity for any and all in Central Ohio. Thanks to Team Warhawks for making this possible.

We had about 15-20 kids last week with an early OSU game and ACT testing going on. This week's OSU game is at night so let's see some big numbers. You won't get better instruction and it's a great way to get back in the groove. The entrance is double brown doors next to the weight room on the east side of the school - nearest the football stadium. Hope to see you there!

Here's the plan... Keep the Mrs. up REAL late on Friday night, tell her I'll let her sleep in for her birthday. Then, I'll sneak out for the first session!!!

Last weekend, run by Tommy Rowlands and an extra 1 hour legs session by Wes Hines was awesome. (I am biased.)
