Tyler avoided becoming the first 4X State Runner up by coming back from a 3-0 score to pin Goebel in the finals... I just want to thank everyone for their support for Tyler. I also want to send a special thanks to the Monroeville family. They were all standing mat side to be one of the first to congratulate Tyler... What a classy group they are...

That was one of my favorite matches of the night. He was not going to be denied. Congrats!

I've had the pleasure of working with Tyler for the past 4 years, and I can tell you, it couldn't happen to a nicer kid. He is so humbled in all that he does, and I've been rooting for him to get that title since he started in high school. Congrats to him and his family!!!!

I have watched Tyler continue to work as hard as any wrestler I know, never becoming discouraged or negative after putting in the time and effort and settling for the runnerup spot for 3 years. Most of us would start working a little less and finding reasons to cut back. Tyler worked even harder to realize his dream and I was happy and proud to be there to witness it. I look forward to following him after his Northmor days as he is sure to be a success. He is a true champion on and off the mats.

Hemminger is a great wrestler. Good luck to him in future matches on the collegiate level. Any idea on where he will be wrestling next year?
