Are those the same shoes that are on the front page of the Dispatch???
Good job Andrew. We are proud that you worked hard to achieve this goal. We are proud of the young man you are becoming and of all the life skills you have learned through wrestling. Enjoy this time, then learn from Westie's example and set new goals for wrestling... and other things.

Congratulations.
This young man was not only down there representing himself well, but he was telling everyone that he was from CENTRAL Ohio, and encouraging the handful of other central Ohio guys (even ones he doesn't know very well).
The eyes of Ohio might be more focused on another tournament right now just because it is happening in Ohio, but NHSCA is THE National tournament. Congrats on earning All American status.

Congratulations again to Andrew for finishing 5th at 160 at Senior Nationals (and to Kyle Ryan from Graham for finishing 8th in the same bracket). A special thanks for Mr. Feeney for his support, encouragement, and motivation (can't lose in front of your teacher) throughout the tournament and for finding him a corner for his placement match. And thank you to Dino from south western Ohio who was willing to fill what had been an empty corner on a moments notice.

I don't think a lot of people know how good this kid really is. Very underrated due to his junior year where one bad match at the state tournament landed him in a match to place with randy henline (41-1), then this year being in a bracket with two nationally ranked kids. Comes out here and takes 5th, majoring a kid who would go on to beat kyle ryan. Hes going to make a college coach very happy.
