"He said there were no financial controls in place and no parents involved in the booster club..."
-Hmmm, that doesn't seem like a good idea.
$400,000 is an expensive apology.

And water is always wet, but dihydrogen monoxide is not always wet, yet dihydrogen monoxide is water...think about it. One thing is certain, none have a thing to do with eligibility.

Just noticed that Troy Letters has also left Penn State's staff and joined up with Matt Dernlan at Clarion University. Been a fan of Clarion Wrestling since my HS days, their camp was "the place to be". Old coach Bubb was something. Be good to see these guys get the program back near the top again.

Maybe I'm the problem!?
A 15 year old kid and student entered my In-School Suspension (ISS) room today. The first thing he did was ask for a pencil. I suppose it wouldn't be so bad except for the fact that EVERY FRICKIN DAY 3 to 5 kids do the SAME FRICKING THING!?!?!?!
My mom and were not rich, well, my dad was and is, but that's his first name. Richard , at length. But anyway, they didn't have gobs of money, but preparation was essential.
The real issue here is the look of offense I get from the kid that doesn't have a pencil!?!?! I'm sorry, I had no clue how inept you are as a person!? I had no idea I was dealing with a 5 year old!? Did you NOT know you were coming to school today??? The thought of being physically and/or mentally prepared EVER cross your mind???
At what point, if we are ALWAYS holding them up, do they learn to stand on their own.
Whatever, dude.

Said: Nice work. I want to see final rosters though. Not pieces and parts.
Now for the real reason I opened this thread (no offense, said)... As it happens every year around this time, I start having dreams either about wrestling or events with wrestlers. Once, I took down Sonny Marchette. Another time, Eddie Jayne was somehow involved with a huge tie-die mat. Crazy, I know.
Recently I had some dreams but am too far removed from them to record the details. I think one was about a group of us coaches hunting. We were all decked out in camo gear and paint and Coach Marinelli was convinced a ten-pointer was going down because of the new rifle and scope he bought from Cabela's. Someone had a ghillie suit but I can't remember who it was.
