Again, Price is a gamer and I look for him to place at the Schott this year. And if the upset occurs, I'll love it. But Moore is just on a completely different level than most high school wrestlers. It just so happens that his workout partner happens to be a kid on his level.
Agree...although I wonder if Moore will be at #119 this weekend...and if so, would Price go up for the competition?
Got to watch Bright (St. Eds starter @112) at Medina. Didn't think he looked particularly great in his finals match, but he DISMANTLED the competition in the matches I saw him wrestle day 1. Bright and Moore in the same practice room everyday is an advantage few schools can have...especially at the lower weightclasses
Add in Dean Heil and Chance Driscoll and that's a lot of talent between 112 & 119 working out every day in practice. Ed's has a number of guys dinged up otherwise they certainly would be at this tournament. Earlier post was correct, Green team is very young and inexperienced with two or three exceptions. Keep an eye on freshman Dzuro @ 160, very tough freshman.
