I copied and pasted the insider article about 3 weeks ago. Atlanta would trade their 1 and 2 this year, and their 1 next year.

That would just be perfect for the Browns and probably get us closer to be in contention if we could hit homeruns with the 6 first and second round picks between this year and next. We could get some damn good football players with those picks.

I'm not an AJ Green fan, per se, but that would be a sick duo in Atlanta. Green wouldn't have any pressure to be THE guy immediately.

No, we would have to trade our 4th rd pick instead of our 1st rd pick for this to be a patriots type trade.

Agree. I have Peterson as my top guy and that's mainly because I think Dareus is a pipe dream. If they are both on the board at #6 I'd be more than tempted to draft need (Dareus) over BPA (Peterson). My general rule is always BPA unless there's a VERY strong exception.

If Luiguit feel to us, along with Franklin and Pettis, I would be estatic. That would be an incredible draft, but perhaps a bit of a pipe dream.

It is an incredible pipe dream. Luiguit won't make it out of the top 25 for sure. Also I thought McPhee and Allen were 3-4 round guys that were still there in the 6th. Maybe there is a lot of depth in the draft or a bunch of monkeys were drafting for the other teams. IDK.

Houston is said to have a major hard on for Peterson so if he's there at #6 the Browns may have a trading partner at #11. Over on the OBR a guy took that trade (our #6 for HOU #11 & 42) and turned it into Watt (#11), Paea (#37) and Jernigan (#42). I'd piss myself if those were our first 3. I really would like to see ALL of those guys in Orange & Brown.

I'm not as sold on Jernigan as other people but if that were to happen I would also be estatic. I am not excited about most of the WRs in this draft (Save Julio) except the kids from BSU and of course Dane Sanzenbacher :). Watching those three kids in the senior bowl and the combine drills they are players that will be productive for sure, but not stars. Jernigan has much more upside, but just not excited about using that pick for him when we could get a better DL, CB or OL in that spot.

That would be incredible. I'm really hope Paea somehow ends up on our team.

Unlike guys like Kudla, Paea is not a "Combine Wonder." He can actually walk the walk and talk the talk(actually play the game). Dude is ridiculously strong and backs it up on the field.

I will be surprised if Paea falls to us in the second. If he does I obviously want him, I think his stock is rising and who ever doesn't get a DT infront of us in the first round will snatch him up.

Yeah agree completely. Him and Rubin paired together would do wonders to help our horrendous run defense the last 11 yrs.
