Guess Again........RR1!!

I wandered over to Rider land last night...so I'm compelled to do a little trolling....here we go,

Question...That HUGE hump running down the middle of the field....Does the ski club have downhill competitions off that thing?

Statement.....Rider fumble that Lex guy came up with, then given back to Riders.....Dravenstotts wasn't the only home cookin' goin' on in Orrville last night.

Conspiracy.....The 50/50...A 700 series number wins....everybody around me had 200/300 series tickets. More Home Cookin'!!!

Seriously though,

not much to troll about.....
Riders looked very, very good.
#25 is a one man wrecking crew on D and a runaway train on O.
Nice punt by #11 I think.....longest one I've seen in awhile.
Lex looked terrible....but the Riders had alot to do with that.

All in all, really enjoyed the Orr fans, stadium and atmosphere.

P.S....the scoreboard looks finished to me. What is the missing top part? more ad space?

Bloody Toothbrush......You spoke about home cookin'. Did you miss the 3-4 holding penalties that should have been called? I believe our defensive tackle on the right side had to hire a seamstress to fix his jersey.....on second thought....we have enough to buy him a new one. The referee forgot to bring his hankie. The head ref didn't throw one flag all night.

Next time................Stay home and watch Americas Got Talent......More your speed!!

Looks like I hooked one....and I wasn't even trying.....time to reel him in...

Big Fan......What!!! Missed holding calls!!!! Head ref didn't throw no flags!!!! I'M OUTRAGED!!!!

You have my sympathy and I'm further comforted by the fact you have the ability to buy him a new one. GOD BLESS YOU SIR.

P.S.....thanks for the TV show heads up....I'll check it out.

Biggest McCreary supporters = Orrville coaching staff. They say keep Lloyd Carr there, I mean McCreary, as long as possible. It is kinda sad a school Wooster's size and w/ as many athletes cant come up with the game plans to ever win a big game - at least not in last 5 or 6 years.

Lexington was as big a quality opponent as Triway was! Perhaps that's why they got beat so thoroughly by Hoover last week.

Lexington gives us 16 computer points, which about equals the 4 1/2 points triway has given us this season!

A thought just struck me about who Mason is starting to remind me of. This guy I know played for Smithville about 30 years ago with the same build and impact in games, playing full back and linebacker. He went on to star at Ohio St. as a linebacker and further get drafted into the NFL, playing for the Dolphins. His name: Larry Kolic.

Being a bigger school may contribute more computer points but that does not mean the team is good.

You never cease to amaze me. Why do you even go to the games? It's hard for me to imagine a resident of our town attending games with the sole purpose of picking apart anything that happens.

Another hard nosed running back/linebacker that ran over would be tacklers and threw aside blockers to make a tackle. Also an outstanding OSU linebacker. Speaking of OSU almost gametime so time to head to BW'S at Massillon.

GO BUCKS !

Took my youngest son up to Orrville today for a looksee on a travel baseball team. Had to stop at the McD's after the practice to get him a bite to eat, and BRF must have been in the joint. That place had so many damn flies in it! He draws 'em out fo sho!

Orrville Christian Church was our destination today...nice little ballfield there.

Just curious of past OCC champions

2010 Clear Fork
2009 Ashland
2008 Lexington
2007 Ashland
2006 Ashland
2005 Madison and Orrville 5-2 in OCC, Madison beat Orrville in their game
2004 Wooster
2003 Wooster

Just curious as to who was the Wooster coach in 03 and 04?

McCreary was, but he had a massive o-line...and 2 really good rb's that made his system look like it worked.
