HUGE pickup for the Maize and blue.

This could be a big weekend for Michigan and RichRod.

This really is a huge pickup.

Apparently in the last few weeks a few big names have been calling RichRod to come visit Ann Arbor.

Makes sense. His spread would be an exciting one to play in. Hopefully Kelly can get his running smoothly soon at ND. ND/Michigan will be a very exciting series to watch over the next few years.

Agreed the um offense is tight. It's the defense that's sketchy. I guess that's how rr did things at wvu. We'll see.......

Not a big deal unless he is able to play defense.

RB Dee Hart, who announced his oral commitment to Michigan after the game, scored four touchdowns — including a highlight-reel 55-yard pass play from Nick Patti in which he ran through most of Boone's defense — as Dr. Phillips (5-0, 2-0 in 6A-5) beat Boone (1-4, 1-1) 45-0 on Friday night.

"I can't wait to see the end-zone shot of that run," Dr. Phillips coach Dale Salapa said of watching Hart's first score. "That was really something, and the thing about it is that you can't take credit for that. No one can. You can't teach that. He twists and turns and keeps those feet moving. Too bad you can't bottle it 'cause I'll tell you what . . ."

Hart tacked on touchdowns of 4, 43 and 74 yards as he totaled 267 yards (145 rushing, 122 receiving) and eclipsed the 5,000–yard mark for all-purpose yards in his Dr. Phillips career.

Hart scored five touchdowns against Boone last year.

Obviously a good pick up for UM. But if I were a UM fan...I'd be more excited if and when they start to get some big time defensive recruits. Lets be honest, thats where the need is at...big time.

I expect Rich Rod to get some very solid recruits. He brought talent to WVU and they started playing well. Kids will want to play in a system that puts up rediculous numbers but we will see how his players turn out in the Pro's and how well they do in the future. Can they compete at a National Championship level or are they just going to be a good team that is very exciting to watch? Time will tell.
