I know you're all excited about the new turf project at PBTS, as am I. I must have had 100 people say to me in the last week, "Chiefy, how can you improve on the best stadium in the nation?" And I said, new turf. Just because you have the best facilities, facilities that everyone is jealous of, doesn't mean you stand pat, you have to continue to make improvements and adjustments. The most historic stadium in the nation is getting new turf. At a cost of over $411,000, not a dime will be spent out of the general fund.
