Don’t forget:

jmog’s sock at 35 seconds

So did you throw the sock away or in the dirty clothes for your mom to deal with?  Either way this may explain the phenomenon of single socks never finding a match after several laundry cycles.

Did you read it? It was well over 70% of even the admittedly most pro choice crowd and 95% overall.

IOW, a lot of experts said that when life begins and what the laws should be re abortion are not close to the same.

Show your friends how Minnesota enforced curfew in 2020, when people couldn't sit on their porches. And if they didn't move, got shot with paint pellets.

I think the question is about consciousness, a soul, a heartbeat?

Well it can’t be about the first two as those are subjective by definition.

Many people don’t believe a soul even exists, let alone have a way to have a scientific consensus on when the soul enters the life form. A “soul” is a religious/faith argument anyway and I thought we were supposed to keep religion out of women’s bodies?

The consciousness question is logically flawed as well, people on a coma are not conscious, can we electively kill them? Sometimes yes but not usually if there are brain waves, and we aren’t talking full life support, just the “sleeping” kind of coma. They aren’t conscious but you can’t electively kill them either.

Onto the heartbeat question. So are you willing to say no abortions once there is a heartbeat except in dire circumstances like life of mother?

I’m personally not saying anything. I’m giving the reasons why there are different views on abortion Jesus Christ. I said I hope no one gets an abortion and wouldn’t do it. My contention is that my beliefs should not be placed upon others. Especially since I can’t have a baby.

So, I didn't watch every speech from the DNC, I still want to watch what Bill Clinton had to say and I didn't get the chance to listen to Kamala yet, either. But I did get to hear some of the others.

Obama: I think he's still resentful about his mic drop moment (at least I am a president) that became egg on his face. Complained about Trump having a cult of personality when, hello?! Obama, Trump isn't the only one lol! And he did a bit of the hope and change thing.

Michelle Obama chose to sermonize on not "taking more than you need" as she has several houses worth around $20 million and has almost $100 million (conservative estimates around 70mil) in the bank. She wanted to push a bit of statism for some reason. Also suggested she was in favor of transing kids.

Walz said... well, he really said fluff. Not really his role to push the agenda so I guess his 20 minutes or so was appropriate.

Bernie Sanders went on about his conversion from socialism to establishmentism, really. Billionaires is always his main focuse (used to include millionaires too, until he became one). But he approves of Harris/Walz because they are the closest to his ideals.

All of them were 33% in their praise of Democrats, 33% praising the state and 33% focused on insulting Trump.

Not that I know of.

Are you saying that Republicans forced people into a curfewed house arrest with the threat of govt force? Really?

You should probably think that through. Your question doesn't erase or excuse what Minnesota did.

This was George Floyd stuff right? Not covid? I’m asking because I don’t know. What I was saying is the dems would hold police accountable for this type of behavior. There  could certainly be an argument against the curfew but this behavior by police can’t be blamed on dems imo trump wants to give full immunity

This was for the BLM riots. Where the state used force against law abiding citizens so that the riots could continue looting, burning, harming and killing. This was done under a Dem governor, so no, there wasn't any accountability to be had.

lol I still don’t understand this. No offense Geeblock, but some of the least smart people are history teachers and assistant coaches. That’s supposed to be an upside? He’s also a creepy weird uncle type of guy. Very flamboyant.

And anyone who still says Jan 6 or cares about it is the worst of libs. Most likely a white single woman aged 40

Well I just listened to Kennedy Jr's speech. And wow! He excoriated not only the DNC and the Dems, but also the media.

I remember watching him being interviewed by somebody from The Hill where the interviewer tried to warn him about the Dems and media but he basically dismissed her warnings by saying he believes in the Democrats. Well, it's safe to say that his eyes have been opened. Too late for him at this point, but better late than never I guess.

I get it. I know I come off as some crazy dem. I literally didn’t vote until I got married and my whole life I always thought both parties were crooked. Democrats have never done one thing for black people.

When trump first ran for pres I was actually excited because I thought we had a non politician finally. Then it turned out he’s just an idiot snake oil salesman who will say almost anything depending on what crowd he is talking to and 95 percent of things he says are literally easily provable to be false .

I know nothing about tim walz but I would love to vote republican if you can clean up your party
