I watched that game this morning. Grand Canyon’s guys just quicker, bigger, and more athletic. They’re sneaky fun to watch. 

I hope the WaPo’s story on Kim Mulkey is she’s actually a murderer and goes to jail.

Catalon and Lappas were atrocious in the Oakland/NC State game.

Oregon blew it up 4 with 35 seconds left…had lob to rolling Dante but went with a bad floater. Then inbounded to Dante in crunch time.

Should’ve won in regulation

Both teams made the same mistake at the end of regulation and the first overtime, when then game was tied and they were trying score at the buzzer.  Your chances to win are much better if you shoot at 4 sec to give time for a rebound winner, and both failed to do that, and let a buzzer beater win escape them.

I’ve never really liked Marquette but Shaka is someone I won’t be rooting against.

I mean I’ve never had dinner with either but I’ve never liked Sampson. I’m sure you know 30 things about Shaka that I don’t, but yes.

I don’t have an issue with either. Love the way all their teams play. Hard 40 minutes, 35+ times a year, for 4 years (then graduate). Good offense that generates great looks most times. 

Sampson is intense, and not as personable as Shaka; but Shaka does that ridiculous defensive stance during the game from the sideline — and is ALWAYS on the court. I don’t like that.
