Donovan Mitchell is really good

I hate that he is stuck in Utah. If he was on the East coast, or least not Utah, he would be getting so much pub.

“Paul Pierce doubles down on his desire to not share his jersey retirement stage with Isaiah Thomas next month. "I just feel like this: You only get your jersey retired once. It’s a crowning achievement for me," said Pierce. "Isaiah will be back in Boston again -- next year, the year after, he’s going to have a long career. But this one day should belong to Paul Pierce."”

stay humble, Paul lol

Why will IT even get a tribute from Boston? These "tributes" are getting out of hand. IT played there what, 2 yrs? Then they traded him. Why would they give him a tribute in the first place.

Only took 38 games for Lavar Ball to publicly criticize Luke Walton.

“LeBron’s coming to L.A. I know he’s coming to L.A.,” LaVar told ESPN.

He continued: “LeBron is not a fool. What’s the only way he can beat Jordan? You can’t get more championships. Only one way, to say every team I’ve gone to I’ve won a championship. Go to the Lakers and win a championship, then you’re better than Jordan.”

Hmm … that logic is slightly questionable. And it seems to be the only basis for his statement that LeBron is going to Los Angeles.

Nonetheless, LaVar went on, and seemed to suggest the Lakers should clear out their roster – which, by the way, includes another No. 2 overall pick, Brandon Ingram – to let LeBron and Lonzo run together. All they’d need to win, of course, is LaVar’s middle son, LiAngelo, who is not even a fringe NBA prospect.

“You can’t give my son the best player in the league, and don’t expect them not to win,” LaVar said. “Get rid of everybody. Give him LeBron and [LiAngelo]. You got a two and a three. And it’s a win. It’s a wrap. Then all you need are two rebounders – [Julius] Randle and [Larry] Nance Jr.”

Why’s ESPN continuing to give him a platform to speak?

They have their own section on the front page "Ball Family"

It's pathetic.

WOW, I hardly check out ESPN, so I didn't know this.  I thought they hit the lowest of lows when they dedicted a whole section to the WWE, but this surpasses that.

They sent Jeff Goodman to Lithuania to follow the brothers. It’s such a clown show.

I just love how confident he is that LiAngelo will ever actually play a meaningful minute in the NBA when you know UCLA threw a party when he took him out of school to go to Lithuania because now Alford won't have to deal with him bitching about how Li should be running the team instead of playing 3 minutes a game in garbage time every single damn day.

At least they aren't wasting a good reporter.
