8 seconds left and Denver goes deep in desperation and to me Denver receiver runs right into Chargers defender to go after ball that was uncatchable and ref throws flag and Broncos kick FG as time expires.

I agree.  The defender was on a straight course to the ball and the receiver suddenly veered sharply from his path to the ball and sharply into the defender with the obvious purpose of trying to draw a PI for a FG try.  Where was New York to review the play?  The other two 4pm games were blow-outs and they couldn't have been distracted by them.  Utterly ridiculous to not correct that call and pick up the flag!
