I'm just reading the first book first, not waiting around for GRRM to finish the entire series. That might never happen, unfortunately.

That is probably a good plan. The first book and the first season are where the show and books match up most accurately and as Martin expanded the world more and more in future books, the more things got changed to where (if you've read the five existing books and giveaway chapters that have been provided) entire subplots got chopped to keep the show running smoothly.

Anyone know why Freaks and Geeks never got a 2nd(or more) seasons? Just watched it over the last week and it was pretty good.

It had bad ratings for various reasons, one of which was it's timeslot.

Started Sharp Objects on HBO..liking it so far

The book is great. I'm excited to watch it soon.

I haven’t been able to get into Sharp Objects. Nothing about it has drawn me in. I seem to be in the minority though.

+1. I never got into it, gave up and moved on to other shows. 

American Horror Story will start a new season in just a matter of weeks. I can't wait!

Can’t rememebr if anyone said they had watched Last Chance U on Netflix. The newest season has been great. But some of those players are really unlikeable. I was actually hoping they’d lose their games. 

Who Is America is so, so funny

Finished Billions. Big fan.

Started Succession. I'm only two eps in, but I don't like it all that much and I definitely dislike 99% of the characters. Maybe 100%.

Stick with it. It really starts to pay off around episode 4. The rest of the season is fantastic. 

Just binged first two seasons of billions and really liked it

I just read recaps when it's time for a new season of something. 

Anyone watched that new Hulu show safe harbor? I was thinking of checking it out this week

Jack Ryan on Amazon looks good in previews, but wont subscribe to watch it.

Mayans MC starts soon on FX as does the American Horror Story that looks good.
