Where did I say he was wrong for filing court cases? By all means, file away. What happened with said cases? Where was the actual evidence or proof of widespread election fraud? Why did even Trump appointed judges rule against him? He is wrong for continuing to lie about a stolen election, he was wrong for trying to get officials in GA to "find votes", he was wrong for trying to pressure Mike Pence into invalidating the votes of 81 million Americans, and he was wrong to incite an insurrection.
Please let me know when I ever condoned rioting, killing or injuring people, damaging capitol buildings, or burning police stations.

By the letter of the law, Trump committed impeachable acts not only by his words, but also by his complete lack of any leadership during the events of last week.
That said, I'm not sure practically it makes much sense now as it will now take up more time in the Senate. The Senate should be focused on getting new cabinet officials confirmed.
I would also like to know what exactly Republicans are talking about with this unity talk. They have not offered any actions of unity whatsoever. Takes both parties to come together.
I'll also add the Ds were guilty of the same most of the time the last 4 years. It just seems funny to use the unity card now by Republicans.

Correcting this abomination would so, so simple, but it will never happen because democrats and socialists do not want election integrity. Hell they don't even want any debate, discussion, or the free flow of opinion.

building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard."

There is nothing unique about 2020 in that respect. But coincidently, the very first election that's succumbed to this legal surgical strike you allude to happens to be the one Trump loses in. Could there be any possibility that maybe - just maybe - Trump saw that he'd be in a tough election, so he sowed the seed of "election fraud" months ago? He put that out there and got people used to the idea that election fraud existed. Then it got stoked over and over these past many months until people who'd never give one thought to election fraud and had virtually no knowledge of how an election works, became so convinced that fraud was at hand. Then it wasn't "was there election fraud?", it was "of course everyone knows there was election fraud, that's a given."
