Funny how that Chinese wet market where they say this started is up and running but the Wuhan lab is on total lock down.

Isn't a Level 4 infectious disease lab supposed to be on lockdown?  LOL

I heard this guy on a radio interview, and he did come across as a douchebag. His plan is to open the track in June or July, so I would expect that he will be allowed to open. If we are still under lockdown in 2 months, I think that you could possibly see many businesses open out of desperation to survive.

I love how the majority complain about Florida beaches being open (super low chance of getting it) and fail to mention that NY subways are still running (bigger Petri dishes then cruises).

No subways = essential workers can’t get to work.

I don’t disagree, but don’t be douchebags complaining about people on beaches, not even close to each other, when there are people cramped into dirty ass subway cars. (Not saying you did)

And from my own experience the subways have been very dead and that was back on March 10th. I’m sure it’s changed some due to changing the schedules.

I’ve seen the vids or people on Florida beaches throughout this entire situation. Not much social distancing. It’s idiotic. That’s not complaining, just fact.

You don’t think the people on beaches aren’t close to each other? Have you seen the pictures?

The pictures from The NY Times weren’t from that actual day. (2 days ago) Weird the media would ever do that. But if you search twitter you will see pictures of what the beach actually looked like that day. They have police making sure people aren’t all over each other and you aren’t allowed to sunbathe or be in groups. they were being idiots prior to the beaches being closed (not necessarily Jax but the spring break locals).

You’re way more likely to catch it literally anywhere inside than outdoors. Unless you think someone is going to sneeze into your mouth while outside or you lick someone.

I’ve seen the pictures. Bunch of morons going out to swim.
People getting on the subway right now are more than likely going to work and have no other way to get there.
Your comparison was a bad one.

You think you’re going to catch it in the ocean? I just have a problem with city people, especially the worst city for it, complaining about Floridians who are way less likely to catch the disease. Same fucks who complain about North Dakota (population 900,000) for not doing a stay at home order. Worry about your own shit.

Who’s complaining?

The guidelines were set, states can choose to follow them or not. Florida is going in the wrong direction to even get to Phase 1.

There’s a lot of logic that doesn’t add up with all of these lockdowns. I think a lot of people are starting to realize this too.

Btw, I think this has already been brought up, but Cuomo getting any praise is a joke. NY and NJ combined take up 42% of the total confirmed positive cases in the US.

I never liked Cuomo, but his daily presser is refreshing. The only “news” I can actually tolerate.

I can not worry about something and still call people morons.

You’re very afraid of this virus. Maybe research a little more on how you catch it. I plan on going to the beach on Friday if the towns let people in. I won’t be within 20 feet of anyone.
