What do you want for Christmas and what are you buying for others!

I don’t want to much probably a Homage Gift card, bomba socks, a yeti tumbler and some scrubs. One thing I would like but probably won’t even try to get is a Joe Burrow autographed Bengals helmet for the man cave.

We got the in laws a 36” Blackstone for their lake house and a lake Cumberland puzzle. Got my younger nephew a couple nerf guns so we can have a nerf gun battle and my younger niece some princess stuff.

I have no idea what to get my mom, brothers, sister and brother in law or my older niece and nephew. So let’s hear ideas

Oh Yeah after years of my wife and I not doing any gifts and just buying stuff for the house or going or a trip I’ll probably surprise her with a new Louis Vuitton purse.

Just getting thoughts going this evening.

We just got all new furniture so no need for anything big

I need a new pair of good gloves and toboggan.

I’ll get my wife some Pioneer Woman kitchen stuff. Probably a nice new robe.

Get my daughter a couple items for her house. My son? Some clothes or shoes probably but he literally wants nothing….like most high school boys? 🤦🏻‍♂️

Ooh, thanks for that idea.  My wife loves that show.  Will take a gander at what's out there.

Mrs. Zunardo is a huge Hallmark Channel fan, so I looked at their website and ordered some comfy geat  to wear while watching, and a matching coffee mug for her hot cocoa.  And another charm for her Pandora bracelets.

Can't think of anything for myself.  Finally reached the point where I don't want any more stuff.  I hate getting older.

I mostly have vinyl albums on my list. I might add some camping gear as well.

Walmart has everything for the Pioneer Woman fans…..and if she watches the show and you wanted to really surprise her. Buy her ticket for a mini vacation in Oklahoma where show takes place. My teacher friends at school went and did that and ate at restaurant, met Ree and family and all kinds of experiences and pics with the whole family (and the women apparently love her rancher husband lol) They went 3-4 years ago and they all still talk about it and get all giddy.

I took the easy route and signed my wife up for a monthly wine club subscription for a year.

I have only asked for three things (four as a joke). and only want those three things. The rest of the Christmas budget can be spent on everyone else.

1. New golf range finder

2. Jordan Retro 1's

3. An apron case

Every year I ask for a Squatty Potty, and they never get me one.

She wants a ton of newer stuff (Mac Miller - Circles, Childish Gambino - Because the Internet, Favorite Worst Nightmare - Arctic Monkeys). She has also asked for some older joints like Thriller, Purple Rain, and Songs in the Key of Life. Red (Taylor's Version) showed up in the mail on Saturday, so she is very excited about that.

I'm trying my damndest to have her like a wide variety of music. We started a thing where we assign one full album to each other (any genre), and we must give the album at least one full, undivided attention listen. After, we talk about the songs we liked and didn't like from both. It's helping me better understand the music she really likes and broadening her mind to music she generally wouldn't experience at 14.

That’s a decent system, though I’d make her listen to two albums for every one you listen to.

Struggling with gift ideas for my mother and father this year.

Both are late 50's/60's.

Mom likes to shop, eat, travel.

Dad likes sports (big Buckeyes fan), exploring new or different things, and whiskey.

They live in Perrysburg, OH area but frequently travel to Canton to watch my sister play basketball.

What you think OC?

Got my dad the Indiana coasters from here. They have lots of teams, so sure you can find something.

Basic premise is great/famous plays (think Holy, Buckeye!) drawn out in an X/Os playbook style.

How about a subscription to Reminisce magazine?  I got a subscription for my father for Christmas last year, he really enjoys reading it.  I do, too.  Interesting stories and home photos from the 1950's thru 1970's submitted by readers.

The article says that you are not to wear underwear with them. They pull apart in the crotch and you do your business. The bamboo fibers they are made of are supposed to absorb and neutralize any “stank”.
