Michigan moving on

3 straight halves of pretty good ball. Maybe starting to look like the team we thought they were early in the year.
Another red mark on my brackets. But relative to everyone else not that damaging.
St Peter’s vs Murray State is going to deliver all game
Saint Peter's might have been a bit underseeded...
But, geez, every rebound bounces their way.
Every year I jokingly ask my dad if he has filled out his bracket knowing he doesn’t care about any of this. He tells me he wouldn’t even know where to start. But is that even a significant disadvantage anymore? He could have filled one out with St. Peter’s in the sweet sixteen and potentially be right.

I didn't watch a lot of ball this year. Started out with a friends & family bracket I did in like a few minutes, basically blind and missed 5 games in R1. The brackets I did with some time and research did much, much worse.
That's not usually the case for me, but that's this year.Ton of games could have easily gone the other way. And as I type this Gonzage has their hands full...
Murray St. has been outplayed all game, but what are the odds we see TWO teams advance in the same year having led for well less than 1 minute?
St Peter’s moving on
Edert misses 2 free throws….sure
Murray St was 30-0 when scoring 60+

Well they only scored 60 that’s not more than?

They were one of my bold S16 picks. When KY got beat, I was like "boo-yah!".
So far, this might be my worst year in 30+. Wait and see after tomorrow how high I can finish. But one bracket is complete toast.

60+ means 60 or more…..not more than 60
Zags 4/12 on free throws 🤦🏻♂️

Is it weird that Gonzaga has gone from a Cinderella team I used to love to a poor man's Duke that I detest?

They’ve grown on me. Chet is so fluid for a 7’3 guy. Moves like he’s 6’8

Yeah, and I love Timme but the Zags are the new Duke for underperforming expectations.

Always tough if you are the target….athletes seem to care less and less these days too.
I don’t know how you can watch Gonzaga and not love their brand and style. They are by far, year in and year out, the most fun basketball team in the country.
And they don’t underperform. They have the most NCAAT wins the last decade and 2 title game appearances.
Damn. Almost.

Until they seal the deal, even once, they're a tease. The Duke comparison is on the money, if we're not considering actually winning a title.
