Rory with a nice tee shot on 16. HUGE birdie opportunity.

    Rickie's mullet/mustache combo is fantastic.

Sinks it like a boss. That bogey REALLY hurts now, but man is this exciting.

    Fri, Jul 19, 2019 2:43 PM

    Terrible tee shot on 17.

    Fri, Jul 19, 2019 2:51 PM

I'm gonna Drarby myself on this thread.

Rory recovers nicely, with a bit of luck, to give himself another birdie opportunity on 17.

    Fri, Jul 19, 2019 2:55 PM

Woodland pretty much blows his chances of making the cut with a bogey on 17.

Welp, Rory, it was fun while it lasted. Great tee shot on 18 but followed it up with a dud.

He's making an effort, at least. Up to +3 with four more holes to go.

On the other side of things, David Duval. After that comical fuck-up of a +8 hole yesterday, he's improved from hilariously bad (+20 yesterday) to merely being shitty (+8 through 16 holes today). That totals +28. Next-to-last place is +14. They need to start revoking exemptions if a dude sucks that badly, making up a provision that says "No one wants to see you looking like a drunk first-timer, dude. NO. ONE." And take him out back and shoot him just to put him out of his misery.

I don’t mind the ridiculous or lifetime exemptions....they weren’t devised for David Duvall to shoot in the 90’s. Bob Tway likes to shoot an 86 every year at the Masters but then again those guys were great in their day and had huge major wins. Yeah we’d all rather watch Tom Watson shoot 76 or Jack Nicklaus to shoot his age....but I don’t care if Duval hangs onto his past.

Kudos to Duvall for not just walking off the course yesterday.

I nearly actually laughed out loud in the office thanks to this.

The leader board is getting ridiculous.  The weather is really nice and they are pin hunting already.

Bob Tway hasn’t played the Masters since 2004 and never won it?

LOL that’s exactly the name I knew you meant too.

But I really do believe that if you win a major, you deserve an exemption into said major until you decide you can’t play anymore. Doesn’t matter if it’s Tiger or some one hit wonder. They earned it.

Koepka is 100% not out of it. You can’t assume Lowry is going to be sharp and steady

    Sun, Jul 21, 2019 7:41 AM

weather is going to be bad.  Scoring will be down.  E might be all it takes today for the win

    Sun, Jul 21, 2019 10:34 AM

Lowry just running away with it. Completely locked in and weather ....he doesn’t even notice the rain and 20 mph wind.
