At the federal level yes I agree.  It is not a federal matter.  The leak appears to show the SCOTUS may affirm that.  That said this was a democrat operation.  It was planned and known to more than just the leaker prior to its release.  They want it to continue to be a federal matter for just the purpose you state.  Let the state governments choke themselves over this.

Agree State can do whatever they wanna do. Kentucky shouldn’t be led the same way as Calif

Bullshit they aren’t, there are a few states that allow this to happen. Try again

If someone Carries their baby 39 weeks then they fully intended to carry that baby full term . The only reason they would terminate would be some medical reason and I’m sure they would be devastated. Do better.

If the mother's life is in danger, there should be the option to terminate.

That's why I'm interested to see what exact language will be in these states bills now on the mother's life exception.

jan 6:  selfie-fest, and a few tourists were escorted around the Capitol by security, one guy had his feet on Nancy's desk; a Capitol policeman did shoot and kill an unarmed woman veteran.

planned parenthood ............ steals taxpayer money to fund infanticide.

Have a good weekend.

While I admire your willingness to stick to the QAnon-approved line of bullshit pertaining to what happened, I believe the correct way to refer to the dumb NPC who got blasted is "play stupid games, win stupid prizes".

You don’t kill a baby that is one week from full term if the mother is in danger.  You driver the baby.  Nobody should be able to terminate a baby at that stage

Wrong again, come on geeblock, you first said no one, then changed it to “well only in a severe medical emergency” once you realized you were wrong.

Geeblock, a few states are currently voting or have passed laws that allows a mother to choose to kill the baby AFTER its born for up to a MONTH.

The funniest thing about this SCOTUS ruling is the woke crowd knee-capped the classic leftist argument, and simply have no response for "well, men don't have a federal right to an abortion, either".

Intimidating federal judges at their homes seems like a bad thing to normalize.

Weren’t you the one saying stop using extreme circumstances like rape or incest that almost never happen to cloud this topic now you are using something that also almost never happens? Do better

Seriously, these dumbasses on the Left are actually who got Trump elected.

And I was just remembering how they lost their shit when Trump said something vague/cryptic about a coming SCOTUS ruling.  That he was trying to intimidate the court or affect the outcome or something.  But people screaming outside homes of justices is just "peaceful protests".

And this is exactly why I said this issue won’t move the needle for midterms.  The left can’t agree upon and deliver a coherent message without going full retard or being hypocritical.

On the flip side, this isn’t going to  stymie conservative turnout.

I think it depends how far state houses go. If Ohio passes the bill that is being debated that would outlaw nearly all abortions without any exceptions, there would be blowback.

If Republicans also go after say Plan B or contraception there could be blowback.

My nephew was 13 last year we he got a detention for dipping a tampon in ketchup and throwing it in a teachers car.

The dumbass did it knowing there was cameras watching him.

Looking at some states, including here, it is possible. But, yeah, depends on how far the Republicans want to go.

All this speculation has nothing to do with the leaked decision if it holds, the feds have no constitutional authority in the matter.

I admire the spirit of what he was going for.  His execution needs a lot of work though.  Detention was worth it if it gave him time to reflect on how he can pull it off more effectively next time.
