It was nice to see Obama and the "vaccinated and sophisticated" crowd of celebrities and democrats could safely celebrate a maskless party thrown by a guy for himself, yet the white trash at Sturgis were creating a super spreader with their nonsense.  

I also liked John Kerry - our Minister of Climate (or whatever the fuck he's being paid to do) flying into Martha's Vineyard on a private jet.  Love our political class.

Personally, I love any situation that has the easy potential to lead to the "MUH FREEDOM!!!" crowd bitching about someone throwing a party because said person is on the other side and the "everyone should lock themselves up for safety" crowd to justify the party because it was hosted by one of their people.

Gives me yet another season to sit back and laugh because that is the inevitable result of any of the gazillion "manufactured outrage" topics that gets blown up.

But it's an excellent case study in why these pseudo-lockdowns don't work: Even the politicians ordering them don't follow the guidelines.  Nevermind the disproportionate impacts on people liberals claim to be champions for.

Turns out "Times Up!", which admittedly is a group I've never heard of, is really just another Democrat political operation to smear opponents.

Or perhaps that's always been the case.  By the time you're old enough and wise enough to lead an organization, you're no longer the naive woke activist you started out as.
