He was a national joke as VP, a.k.a Dan Quayle.

And now he might very well be our next POTUS.  Hard to be concerned, though, after Obama and Trump and the US is still doing alright.

What is his answer going to be:  I knew nothing about the corruption and abuse of power at the FBI and the DoJ.

So I watched Bill Maher this week to see how he was going to cry about collusion, and it seems he's in the denial stage - "I don't need a report to tell me there was collusion, I have a tv!"

Anyway, he had Pete Buttigieg on....To go on that show, not pander, and still make reasonable and rationale points on policy free from identity politics...I was impressed.  But I don't know if a gay guy would be able to win the general.

Seriously, didn't know anything about Mayor Pete but - served in the military, HBS grad, Rhodes scholar and worked at McKinsey.  Midwest guy - aside from being a Democrat, and well gay, he's the type of candidate Republicans would really like.

Twitterverse, Slate and other publications are saying that Pete Buttigieg is not gay enough. Not kidding. They don't like the fact that he doesn't put himself out as 'more gay' (whatever that means) and not leading the charge on LGBT rights.

I'm not going to waste my time reading garbage from Slate, but LOL at the tagline that literally complained "...he's also midwestern".

The regressives really are accepting of intolerance and discrimination, so long as it's not one of their pet groups.  It's only a matter of time before leftist white males grow to hate themselves so much that they self-identify as black women.

Not talking about this article, but you have said multiple times on here that the lefty norm isn’t crazy. But literally the majority of the presidential candidates support beliefs in socialism, which is extremely left. Beto finally came out with it himself the other day. Biden is really the only moderate and he’s going to be out once all his creepiness keeps coming out. There are no moderates after him. The lefty norm is literally crazy.
