Music: How do you usually listen?

I was chilling at home yesterday and realized that I own a ton of music I might have used to listen to all the time, but really never do any more simply due to format. I occasionally spin a vinyl (my town has a record store with a great collection of stuff, so it's kind of hard to not buy one or two every once in a while, while self-banning myself from the place for large stretches of time so all my income doesn't go there), but never really play any of my cassettes or CDs because I generally listen off my computer (iTunes) or phone (Spotify).

So, when it comes to music, how do you listen to it? Traditional "own an actual physical copy" ways or the more modern digital ways? I know some people swear by how much better it sounds the traditional ways, but my ears must not be fine-tuned enough to notice that much of a difference.

I have several methods....

Casual listening, Soundcloud, then Spotify

DJing, I purchase digital files from Beatport or Bandcamp, manage using iTunes and Rekordbox

Vinyl. I have small collection and a decent record player with USB hookup. I occassionally rip to digital but it's a pain in the ass.

Usually LP's and CD's still but my sons are slowly converting me to Amazon and Pandora. I do have siruis in our cars so I rarely listen to traditional radio.

At work I'll pull up a two hour youtube of classical or jazz for background noise

For running, lifting or working out, I'll suffle a playlist off of itunes

If I driving alone in the car, no music, too many podcast to listen to

If I have company in the car, we have sirius for background noise

XM in the car, usually 36 alt nation, or 70's on 7, or 60's on 6.

Pandora.....on a channel my son created for me called Kongos.

Ipod with a bunch of good old tunes to walk to.

I just bought some taotronics from Amazon for $26 and they work pretty well. I'm no expert for wireless headphones but i bought them on my brother in laws recommendation and I've been pretty happy with them.

I have Anker's SoundBud Slims. I think they were $19 on Black Friday. They have 7 hours of play per charge and are pretty noise-canceling. I work out in them and wear them on my ride to work and have had no issues. I bought them because the Anker Soundcore Sport XL bluetooth speaker is great.

Most of it straight from the radio.

When I was overseas I switched between iheartradio and pandora, but in Pandora doesn't work if not on a US service

I liked iheartradio to listen to hometown stations, even with tho commercials, because it just gave a sense of home.

Do have an few hours of music on a 5 dollar mp3 player
