Yeah, John Goodman looks to be aging well. I hope that's a good sign, the man is a national treasure.

Speaking of baseball, this guy was a versatile member of the Bucco's pitching staff during their great years in the '70's

Bruce Kison, the lanky right-hander who was part of two Pittsburgh Pirates World Series-winning teams in 1971 and 1979, died Saturday at the age of 68.

Kison was the winning pitcher in the first night game in World Series history -- Game 4 in 1971 against the Baltimore Orioles -- in which he threw 6 1/3 scoreless innings of one-hit relief.

A rookie that year, Kison went on to pitch nine seasons for the Pirates. He also started the opening game of the 1979 World Series against the Orioles and finished his career with a 5-1 record and 1.98 ERA in 10 postseason appearances, including four starts.

Bourdain really sucks, as I love to travel. I watched his shows and he had some places that I now have on my bucket list because of it. Places I would’ve never dreamed of wanting to go, let alone trying to make it a point to explore before I die.

I always assumed Bourdain had substance abuse problems, not sure if true at all. But I always got that vibe. Regardless, that sucks. His shows were awesome.

Pretty sure he’s a recovering drug addict. Heroin and all. Thought I read he’s been clean for a while, but has been battling depression.

Mental illness is a fucking bitch. My fiancé is a therapist in that field. The shit she deals with is insane. It’s a national epidemic that we don’t really acknowledge.
